Olive Oil Production Process

Olives gathered from the mountains of Tire, the pearl of the Aegean, are processed at low temperatures in our modern continuous system machines that prevent contact with oxygen, immediately after passing preliminary quality control at our production facility. They are then stored in stainless steel tanks injected with nitrogen gas to preserve their freshness from the first day. Our automation system ensures traceability of our products from start to finish.
